Rin yells at Yukio

これは青のエクソシストの漫画の一巻からです。
私はクリスチャンだけど、なぜかこんな聖書に全然関係ない話が気に入った。。。化け物やホラーが好きです。

このキャラ、奥村リン、高校生だけど、サタンの息子なんです。
でも、サタンを倒したいからエクソシストになりたい。
特別なエクソシスト学校で勉強している。
絵や話が上手だと思っている。プロットはあんまり面白くみえないけど、読むと無我夢中ですよ。

この絵は染めただけです。漫画のページの写真をとって、コンピューターでこれを作りました。うまくきれいにできなかったから、写真のラインの上にまたラインを書いて、言葉を書き直して、色を染めました。
けっこう時間かかったけど用事がなかったし、いい時間つぶしになりました。

This is a picture from the first volume of Blue Exorcist by Kazue Kato. It's a scene where he is yelling at his brother Yukio. I took a photo of this part of the manga ages ago meaning to color it, but never found time. I decided to do it yesterday.

First I tried to clean the original image but it was not going well, so I made a transparent layer on top and just traced the lines of the original. Then I colored it. I also had to re-write the kanji because it wasn't cleaning up well either. I didn't change anything except there used to be some surprised-looking action lines towards the top and I didn't bother copying them. Now it looks a little empty there, but oh well.
